2. European Union Customers (EU)

2.3. Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
3. Non-EU International Customers
3.1. Customers outside the European Union may return eligible products within 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information. The return window starts on the day after delivery.
3.2. Depending on the shipping method and fulfillment location, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may already be included in the product price where applicable.

4.7. Delivery times for Canada typically range from 10 to 25 business days, depending on destination region and customs processing. laceny.it is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or government inspections.
5. Non-Returnable Items
