1. General Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter – the Customer) and the online shop laceny.it (hereinafter – the Shop), operated by ApexGlobal SIA (reg. no. 40203313036, legal address: “Ābeļi”, Priekuļu pag., Cēsu nov., LV-4154, Latvia).
1.2. The legal address stated above is the registered office of the company and not the shipping or return address for goods. Product deliveries are carried out from the nearest available warehouse, depending on the Customer’s location and product availability.
1.3. By using the Shop and placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1.4. The Shop reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement will apply.
1.5. Detailed conditions regarding delivery, returns, refunds, and withdrawal rights are set out in separate policy documents available on the Website.

2. Products and Prices

2.1. Information about products, including descriptions, images, prices and availability, is provided in the Shop.
2.2. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2.3. The Shop reserves the right to correct errors, update prices or change product availability without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

3.1. Orders are placed online by selecting products, adding them to the shopping cart, and completing the checkout form.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information.
3.3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment for orders can be made using the methods available in the Shop: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer or other options provided at checkout.
4.2. The order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are displayed during checkout.
5.2. The Shop delivers to EU countries and other regions specified in the Delivery Terms.
5.3. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
6.2. The withdrawal procedure, return conditions and exceptions are described in the Distance Contract.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
7.2. The Shop is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use of the product.
7.3. Liability for delivery issues or damages is defined in the Delivery Terms.

8. Data Protection

8.1. The Customer’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Shop’s website.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. For Customers within the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection legislation also applies. For Customers outside the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights of the Customer’s country of residence may apply, in addition to Latvian law.
9.2. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Latvia.

10. Special Terms for US Customers

10.1. Products marked as “ONLY FOR US REGION” are available exclusively for customers located in the United States.
10.2. These products may be subject to different delivery terms, return policies, and applicable taxes or duties compared to EU orders.
10.3. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or state sales tax applicable in their region.
