1. General Delivery Conditions
1.1. Deliveries are carried out by laceny.it (operated by ApexGlobal SIA) in cooperation with international logistics partners and courier services.
1.2. Goods are shipped from the nearest available warehouse (EU, US, or other region) to ensure faster delivery. Warehouse locations may vary depending on product type and availability.
1.3. Estimated delivery times are indicated in these Delivery Terms and may vary depending on product type and location.
2. Delivery Areas
2.1. The Shop delivers to all EU member states and selected non-EU countries, including the United States.
2.2. Availability of delivery to specific countries is displayed at checkout. If the system does not allow selecting a destination, delivery to that region is not available.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. Estimated delivery times depend on the Customer’s location and the selected product.
- Within the EU: usually 4–15 business days.
- To the US: usually 5–20 business days.2–7 business days for eligible items shipped from US-based partner warehouses.
3.2. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Costs
4.1. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the Customer’s shipping address and selected delivery method.
4.2. In certain promotions, the Shop may offer free delivery (for example, orders above a certain value or special campaigns).
5. Customs and Import Duties
5.1. For customers within the European Union, prices shown on the website include VAT (where applicable). Where goods are shipped from a warehouse located inside the EU, no additional customs duties are normally payable by the Customer.
5.2. For customers outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by local authorities in the destination country.
5.3. For many products we work with international logistics and fulfillment partners so that, where possible, applicable customs duties and import taxes are already included in the price of the goods. In such cases the order is usually delivered without any additional customs payments on delivery; however, the final decision always depends on the rules and practice of the destination country’s customs authorities.
5.4. The Shop is not responsible for any delays or additional costs arising from customs inspections, clearance procedures or other actions taken by customs or other public authorities.
6. Delivery Procedure
6.1. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, and contact details.
6.2. If the courier cannot deliver the goods due to incorrect information or absence of the Customer, re-delivery costs may be charged.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Customer must check the goods for visible damage. If damage is detected, it should be reported immediately to the courier and to the Shop.
7. Special Terms for US Customers
7.1. Products marked as “ONLY FOR US REGION” are shipped exclusively to the United States.
7.2. These products are dispatched from US-based warehouses or distribution centers.
7.3. Delivery times for “ONLY FOR US REGION” products are typically 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
7.4. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable state sales tax, which may be added at checkout or collected upon delivery.
8. Liability
8.1. The Shop is not liable for delays or non-delivery if caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, wars, etc.) or reasons beyond the Shop’s control.
8.2. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery of goods to the Customer or their authorized representative.
