WARRANTY POLICY To claim a warranty issue, fill out the Return/Warranty Claim Form available on our website. Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund, or replacement based on their warranty policies. Warranty claims will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or subjected to abuse. Replacing faulty equipment is done after the official service agent confirms the warranty issue. The warranty process usually takes up to 20 working days to complete. Warranty eligibility is applicable only to products with warranty information mentioned on the product page. Products without warranty information are not covered. REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE You can exchange any product purchased from Funco Mart within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions: The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery (applicable for non-COD orders).
