Technical Features & Design 80mm Mizen Blind Burrs The P80 is equipped with Mizen 80OM flat burrs. These are “blind” burrs, meaning they utilize a screw-less mounting system. This design increases the effective grinding surface area and eliminates the recesses where coffee grounds typically accumulate. The system includes an Integrated Pre-Crushing System (PCS) that breaks down beans before they enter the final grind stage, improving consistency and reducing the load on the motor. Precision Workflow and Retention The grinder is engineered for low-retention performance, aiming for a variance of less than 0.1g.
